Center (NOC) and Customer Assistance
Center (CAC). Through the NOC we manage
our customer's infrastructure every hour
of every day. The NOC monitors,
maintains and proactively upgrades our
customer's core equipment. With our CAC
we answer support calls, remotely
assess, dispatch engineering and resolve
customer issues.
